Full Job Description

  • Supporting procurement officers by providing high quality admin management in relation to contract management activities.
  • Meeting support - arranging, minuting & post meeting action coordination.
  • Monitoring & actioning shared team mailbox enquiries
  • Processing requests, queries, invoices and orders as required

    Excellent IT skills including Microsoft 365
  • Experience of office administration
  • Excellent communication skills. This role will involve working with internal departments & external suppliers.
  • Comfortable working under own initiative
  • Comfortable managing & prioritising own workload.
  • This is a full time position but we are willing to discuss alternative work patterns for the right candidate. The role can be office, home or hybrid based.
