Product Manager

Supporting a large IT consultancy, Montash is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of cloud-based technical products on AWS. You will work closely with engineering teams, focusing on improving the Developer Experience and ensuring the success of key products. This is a product-centric role involving full product life cycle management, including setting vision, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring quality control.,

• Define and evolve the vision for cloud products, engaging stakeholders throughout the process
• Create and manage product roadmaps, release plans, and life cycle strategies
• Lead products through all life cycle stages (discovery, Alpha, beta, live)
• Own the product backlog, balancing short-term needs with long-term business goals
• Sign off on completed work before deployment to production
• Use data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure product compliance with government standards, including GDS and accessibility legislation
  
  Experience in delivering technology-based projects
• Strong budgeting, financial control, and commercial awareness
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with large groups via written, verbal, and presentation formats
• Expertise in managing products through different phases of the product life cycle
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify trends and resolve issues

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize, negotiate, and influence stakeholders
• Experience gathering and interpreting user data to inform product decisions
