Full Job Description

Do you have experience as a Product Owner in software development projects, with analytical and problem-solving skills and a can do approach? If yes, this could be your next role as a Product Owner covering maternity leave for 18 months. In this role you'll take an integral part within the Customer Relations R&D team, which is responsible for designing journeys for users searching for help on our gaming and sports products, together with designing and integrating tools for our Customer Support department so they can provide best-in-class service. What you will be doing

  • Working with Product Managers to define and create product backlog and create actionable user stories for development team
  • Helping the company achieve its goal for better customer support
  • Evaluating current platform architecture, existing interfaces, and impact expected by new features
  • Translating requirements to user stories
  • Prioritising work in backlog
  • Evaluating risks and trade-offs associated with each action
  • Working with development teams to implement solutions, based on requirements you defined
  • Balancing business requirements with technical feasibility and scalability

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies with ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
  • Attention to detail and ability to organise tasks effectively with knowledge of software development processes and technologies (Azure) would be an advantage
