Full Job Description
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft excel and ERP systems.
- Monitoring stock levels and wastage.
- Produce reports to pass to senior managers and other departments
- Update and monitor the live stock system.
- Close off work orders and support the buying team.
- Ensuring audit trails are maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinating information from different departments to ensure everyone has a real time picture of product flow.
This position is Monday to Friday 6.00am-3.00pm and will be based at the facility.
Thistle Seafoods are seeking someone to work directly with the production team who has excellent attention to detail and confident in all aspects of coordination and administration. The role is based at our Uddingston site and will be to support the production management team in tracking stock, production numbers alongside several other important metrics and information.
The ideal candidate will be very confident using Microsoft Excel and will have experience in using ERP systems.
