Production Manager

Our client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Production Manager to lead operations at their innovative production site. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire production process, from product sampling to the shipment of bulk orders, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Production Planning: Strategically plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
• Process Oversight: Maintain the Production Planner in real time for seamless workflow and delivery.
• Team Leadership: Manage and support the Production Team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality checks on goods and packing to meet high standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure production equipment is well-maintained and operational.
• Staff Development: Manage safety protocols, training, and professional development of staff.
• Supplier Relations: Liaise effectively with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Facility Management: Oversee the daily opening and closing of the factory.
