Production Operative

Blue Arrow are working with a client in Bathgate that is looking to increase its workforce due to an increase in orders.

They are currently recruiting for Production Operators to join their team on a full time basis working Monday to Friday.

This is a key role within a high volume, fast moving manufacturing environment, and will require someone with the ability to manage the busy workload and work as a team member to ensure the delivery of daily production targets at the performance levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities:-

Ensure compliance
Complete paperwork/digital records accurately
Ensure quality standards are met
Ensure smooth running of area and meet daily targets
Support other team members to meet operational requirements
Cleaning of machines/work area within factory as required

The company have a great working environment and work as a team, the role is busy, fast moving, a lot of manual work is involved and some heavy lifting.

Hours of work
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm
Friday 6am to 2pm

45 minute break is deducted daily

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a fast moving and growing company. The role will go permanent for the right candidates after 12 weeks
