Production Operative - Early OR Night Shift

Connect Appointments are recruiting a number of reliable and motivated individuals to join our Rosyth based Bakery client, as Production Operatives.

• Full-time hours - with Early & Night shift to choose from
• Permanent opportunities available
• Paid weekly - 11.48 to 13.20 p/h
• Full training provided

Shifts available include:

• Early Shift: Monday to Friday - 06:00 to 14:30 OR
• Night Shift: Sun to Thursday - 22:00 to 06:30

Working as a Production Operative your day-to-day tasks will revolve around the production of a number of baked goods, including: Morning Rolls, Pie, Bridies, Pies, and cakes. You will also be expected to conduct quality checks on each finished item and ingredients at every stage of the production process; ensure a clean working environment at all times; and follow the company policies and procedures.

To be successful within this role you will be a reliable individual, ideally with previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or food related environment - but not essential, as full training is provided. Other key skills include:

• The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Follow both written and verbal instructions
• Good attention to detail
• An awareness of the importance of food hygiene
