Full Job Description

Adherence to reporting schedule Flexibility to adapt the production capabilities of the plant to a changeable business enviro nment (customer demand) Activities PLANNING & SCHEDULING Prepare the Manufacturing & Filling plan and schedule based on demand & material availability Prepare the bulk delivery plan and schedule based on customer demand and materials availability. Coordinate with supply chain for RM/PM/FG availability and scheduling. Monitor stocks and availability of RM/PM/FG and maintain a dynamic manufacturing schedule with strong focus on manufacturing efficiency and optimization of resources. PRODUCTION: Coordinate lubricant blending, filling and warehouse activities. Ensure that both batch manufacturing & filling is planned and executed as per schedule. Ensure that the bulk loading plan is followed and executed Reporting and data management in SAP and warehouse management and FIFO is maintained. Cover the role of Production Supervisor during their absence. Coordination with Lab, maintenance and projects for activities related to production. Drive Lean and 5S activities in all manufacturing and filling areas. Analyse production-related data and drive continuous improvement activities at the site. HSEQ: Ensures product excellence through quality, alignment with procedures, and work. Acts as an improvement agent and point of reference. Assists with training for allocated crew in areas of technology, work safety, quality, and emergency situations. Provides inputs to internal or external audits. Assists with work permits within the production unit in conjunction with the maintenance department. Responsible for ensuring compliance with Group Rules relating to transport, including PATROM requirements.

  • Educated to A Level standard / Work based Production Experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Min 2yrs experience of production / demand & supply planning
  • Able to coordinate and coach people
  • Able to prioritize and be autonomous
