40 hours per week, working shifts of 5.30AM - 2PM & 1.30PM - 10PM (some weekend shifts included). There will also be one rotational nightshift every 10 weeks.

We're recruiting a Production Shift Leader at Muller Bellshill to enable the team to deliver targets and continuously improve performance by coaching and developing our people.

The ideal candidate will have experience within Food Production or have a FMCG background and will lead the team to continued success.

Responsibilities as Production Shift Lead:

- Creating and delivering development plans.
- Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems.
- Ensures own activities are aligned to overall business objectives.
- People management including delivery of performance review, development and coaching of team, dealing with employee relations issues.
- Collaboratively works with other teams to improve our business.
- Deep knowledge of Operational Excellence , coaching team on use of the principles and tools.
