Full Job Description
- Manage the efficient running of your designated area's over an entire shift
- Work with line managers to ensure the shift is run to hit targets
- To support the implementation of agreed strategic activities
- Liaise with Planning, Engineering and other functions as appropriate to ensure budgeted standards
Previous experience in a production supervisor/manager role is essential - Experience of delivering on KPI's
- High level of professional/specialist technical knowledge in manufacturing
- Good knowledge of and demonstrated competence in Lean tools and principles, and their successful deployment
