Production Supervisor

Anderson Knight are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for our Manufacturing client who are based in West Lothian, 

Our client is an award-winning Scottish Manufacturer with start a state of the art manufacturing facility based in West Lothian.

About the role 

• Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements.

• Accurately completing all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance

• Informing a production team of preferred occupational health and safety practices

• Communicating expectations to production team members and evaluating their performance

• Implementing relevant emergency response procedures during emergency situations

• Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow.

• Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates

• Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment

• Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.

About the Candidate 

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in management and leadership, with support you can complete a college course, such as a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Team Leading. Candidates can also grow their skills and knowledge by obtaining professional qualifications through a professional body.
