Full Job Description
- Lead a team of 15-20 direct reports with clear direction and motivation.
- Provide strong leadership on shift and with your team.
- Implement a continuous improvement culture, supporting all Manufacturing Excellence standards and practices.
- Mentor production operators for individual and team development, driving step-change in employee engagement.
- Deliver balanced business scorecard results to improve performance.
- Own medium- to long-term strategy for your area, including Capex and investment proposals.
- Lead operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Energy and proactivity. - Strong leadership and communication across all levels of the business.
- Strong in process.
- Influence and diplomacy.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Demonstrable decision-making skills in dynamic environments. Preferred Background Team lead experience within FMCG/ manufacturing sector. Six-sigma/Lean Manufacturing experience. NEBOSH certified or willing towards.
- 100+ Brands, 2,500 SKU's & up to 40 million cases packed a year.
- Whisky, Gin, Vodka, Rum & a wide range of ready-to-drink products.
- Over 1.25m cases per week at peak.
- 1,100 people, including 3rd parties.
