Full Job Description

  • Lead a team of 15-20 direct reports with clear direction and motivation.
  • Provide strong leadership on shift and with your team.
  • Implement a continuous improvement culture, supporting all Manufacturing Excellence standards and practices.
  • Mentor production operators for individual and team development, driving step-change in employee engagement.
  • Deliver balanced business scorecard results to improve performance.
  • Own medium- to long-term strategy for your area, including Capex and investment proposals.
  • Lead operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Strong leadership and communication across all levels of the business.
  • Strong in process.
  • Influence and diplomacy.
  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrable decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
  • Preferred Background Team lead experience within FMCG/ manufacturing sector. Six-sigma/Lean Manufacturing experience. NEBOSH certified or willing towards.
