Production Technician

At Branston, potatoes are our business, supplying both fresh and prepared products to one of the biggest retailers within the UK. The role is based at our Fresh factory, which has recently undergone huge developments, with new automation and machinery installed as part of our continuous improvement plans.

Your role as the Production Technician will include but is not limited to;

Responsible for training all new starts on work instructions and procedures. Carrying out refresh training when needs are identified or there is a change in procedure.
Ensure standard operation procedures are followed across all shifts.
Be the first line of maintenance support for all Production operational equipment, escalating any issues to the maintenance team when required.
Monitor data dashboards through operational runs and close down any issues.
Review technical performance and feedback any improvement suggestions to Team Leader.
