Programme Manager

Role: Programme Manager

Length: 12-month contract

Location: Glasgow (3 day in the office)

Brightwork is delighted to be supporting our client, a leading Drinks company with an outstanding reputation for providing the highest standard and quality of products to meet discerning global tastes. Our client has kicked-off a large-scale system migration and the require a Programme Lead to lead the piece of work.

Skillset:

Lead programme schedule and progress - scope, milestones, interdependencies, status, budget, resources, issues, and risks)

Partner with project manager on issues and appropriate mitigation plans.

Lead communication and change efforts across all project teams. Institute continuous feedback loop with teams.

System implementation / migration experience.

Manufacturing or drinks industry experience would be considered a distinct advantage.

Ensure stakeholder commitments are met, documenting and communicating any changes to expectations.

Champion agile best practices, providing coaching and mentorship to teams and individuals, and facilitating the development of agile competencies.

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including senior management, product managers, and development teams, to align on project priorities and timelines.

Experience and understanding of delivering Business & Technology change and supporting Programmes in an Agile framework (e.g. SAFe, Scrum)

Proven planning, problem solving skills, organisational and attention to detail.
