By understanding the needs of our community and players, you will lead on the growth and development of Shuttle Stars. You will be responsible for a significant expansion of the programme ensuring the deployment across the community commercially to maximise the number of participants and reach of the sport.

Badminton England's programmes are central to the key objectives for badminton to become the most inclusive sport. We are looking for a motivated, passionate and innovative individual to join our team and expand/deliver our Shuttle Stars Programme further into our community.
