Full Job Description
- Implement and oversee delivery of a robust test plan for the CRM and other digital transformation projects
- Work with SME's to support and deliver UAT
- Mentor and support project team members to improve the quality of testing in LSS
- Provide regular test reporting and risk management
Experience of working as a test lead/manager and working with non-expert testers - Experience of working with SMEs to support UAT and other aspects of testing
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as Agile
- Have a formal test management qualification(s)e.g ISTQB
