Full Job Description
- Administration and maintenance of Project database for National Libraries and associated projects
- Monitor Safety and technical evidence for projects
- Take ownership and Organise online portal reporting for group company requirements for Safety, Client feedback, auditing and Sustainability
- Support Fleet and Plant requirements are reflected in our CAFM system
- Controlling National Libraries Project/purchase requests and approval process and ensured followed as an auditable event
Minimum of two years administration experience - Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Works well within a team and can self-deliver project-based tasks
