Murray Recruitment have an excellent position for a Project Administrator for a permanent position based in Glasgow City Centre.

The Project Administrator to will work closely with Project Manager to carry out project administration for the Division.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating and planning engineers workload.
• Liaising with suppliers and ensuring first class customer service at all times.
• Liaise between customer and operations management to ensure smooth operational delivery meeting contract SLAs.
• Process new projects on project management system and collate documentation 
• Create work packs for engineers i.e. drawings, equipment list etc. 
• Raise equipment orders, as required to support Project Manager 
• Organise Accommodation and overnight allowance 
• Obtain information from contractors to set up new accounts 
• Update monthly financial reports 
• Generate and submit applications for payment / invoices 
• Process part orders from Wholesalers 
• Attend and contribute to project meetings 
• Provide cover for Planner
• Adhoc tasks to support the projects division

Experience / Skills

• Experience working within a Project / Commercial Administration or Assistant position 
• Billing or Invoicing experience
• Excellent IT skills ideally with experience of using a project management software
• Excellent communication and influencing skills 
• Team player with ability to work on own initiative
• Strong attention to detail and organised 

Offering

• Starting salary £26k - £28k DOE
• Hours Monday - Friday 35 hours between 9am - 5pm
• Holidays are 20 days annual, increasing to 25 days after one year’s service and 8 days’ public and 1 day birthday holidays.
