SSEN Transmission Offshore Delivery is currently recruiting for an experienced Onsite Project Administrator to join our Eastern Green Link 2 Project team based at Peterhead, Aberdeenshire.

You will

- Assist the project teams with general administration duties such as booking meeting rooms, ordering stationary and booking travel.

- Greet visitors and new starts on site, such as STEM Groups.

- Support the onsite Project Management Team, coordinating onsite meetings and taking minutes at these meetings.

Good literacy and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.

- An analytical and systematic approach to problem solving, be able to use own initiative, while also contributing to effective team working.

- Previous experience in an administration role is essential, as are excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.

- The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, with a variety of Stakeholders.

- A high regard for safety, of both you and your surroundings at all times is imperative.
