Full Job Description

To support our growth ambitions and deliver our Net Zero Acceleration Programme, we're recruiting a Project Co-Ordinator into our Offshore Wind Capital Projects team.

You'll work hand in hand with project teams, providing co-ordination and administrative support for the team working on the Ijmuiden Ver Alpha offshore windfarm in the Netherlands, a c2GW Offshore windfarm scheduled for energisation in 2029., Organise and schedule team meetings, group travel, and events, ensuring attendance, accurate minute-taking, and smooth execution.

- Effectively manage a high-volume workload while maintaining strong service levels and team efficiency.

- Collaborate with the Project Director, Senior Project Manager and the Project Management Team to oversee the preparation of key project documentation.

- Create and manage requisitions, purchase orders, invoice receipting and administrative tasks, ensuring timely payment of contractors.

- Maintain and update SharePoint sites, communicate project updates and schedule training courses for the project and Development teams.

To be considered for this role we would love you to have a positive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail, the ability to be proactive, work independently and function well as part of a team. In addition:

- Strong Microsoft skills, particularly in SharePoint and Powerpoint, with the ability to create and refine presentations.

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively, respond to last-minute demands and maintain high standards of service.

- Experience in project coordination, supporting large teams and ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.

- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside senior team members and coordinating across departments.

- Given the international nature of the project, with a team spread over the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands, there will likely be an element of travel involved (3-4 days per month), depending on where the successful candidate ends up based.
