Full Job Description

Anderson Knight is recruiting a Project Coordinator on a temporary basis for a well-known client based in East Kilbride. 


The role is to assist the Project Managers in overseeing the entire life cycle of project activities throughout the organisation. This role involves continuous client communication, system updates, identifying quality concerns, and offering support as needed.


Ideal Candidate: You ideally have experience in a fast-paced project team within a manufacturing or construction environment.


Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant communication with clients and Project Managers.

• Provide administrative support to the Project team.

• Work with production and logistics functions to track deliveries.

• Conduct sanity checks on all work.

• Process quotes and orders.

• Record and address any quality issues.

• Support projects from handover to completion.

• Attend client meetings and build long-lasting positive relationships.

• Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Logistics departments.

• Review invoice queries and credit requests when appropriate.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.


Skills and Experience:

• Experience in door set manufacturing or architectural hardware is desirable but not essential.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge and experience in the construction or manufacturing industry are beneficial but not required.

• Experience working as part of a structured project management team.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Capable of managing client communications by phone and email.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proactive and resourceful approach.
