Full Job Description

Catalent Clinical Supply Services are looking for a Project Coordinator based at our Catalent Bathgate, Scotland site. As a Project Coordinator you will work with a diverse team of Catalent employees throughout the full Catalent lifecycle from proposal to close.

You will engage with the proposals team, packaging, storage, finance and logistics departments daily.

Under direction from the Project Management team the Project Coordinator coordinates projects from award stage to completion, ensuing that timelines are generated, monitored and tracked.

You will have the opportunity to work on all phases of clinical trial supply through to fully integrated multi-site collaborations extending across all Catalent business units.

Catalent promotes Follow The Molecule, seeing the project from end to end, and with new commercial and controlled drug licenses, you can join a growing team as we expand our client base and projects at site.

In order to support the project management team effectively this role is site based at the Bathgate site, Monday to Friday.

The Role

You will follow up on assigned tasks and track timelines in support of Project Managers activities as well as a range of other administrative tasks.

It is likely you will become proficient with JD Edwards / Workfront and will perform entries and tracking as needed.

You may also support the training and mentoring of other Project Coordinators within the team and would manage less complex projects.

Will act as single point of contact for the client and facilitate responses to Customer questions and observations.

Will be the Client Advocate for work on their site.

Preparation and management of a Project Plan to meet required milestones.

Participate in meetings with client and internal teams to facilitate project completion.

Deliver the project within agreed upon timeline and budget.

Assist in meetings (e.g. supply calls) with client, external vendors and internal teams to facilitate project completion.

This will include tracking of key actions and minute / note taking.

Experience of working in a customer facing environment

Calm and collected in nature, highly organised and able to prioritize effectively to meet patient supply deadlines.

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in IT systems, including Word and Excel and be able to learn on site systems

The ability to work as part of a team, adopting a right first-time approach
