Full Job Description

FinTech Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be working with a well-known energy business who are looking to recruit a Project Costing Administrator on a permanent basis.


This position will work closely with the Project Accountant and will be responsible for:


  • Prepare contract financial cost reports including analysis and reporting of variance between achieved and budget.
  • Management and control of variations including the identification, quantification, submission and agreement while ensuring appropriate project controls are being implemented. 
  • Assists in the preparation of financial elements for Client reports.
  • Working with operations to ensure both internal and client forecasts are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Minimise the level of work carried as work in progress.
  • Liaise with operations/client to ensure that they are provided with all information in line with their requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly sales invoices and ensure all invoices are reviewed for accuracy and are posted in line with the monthly deadlines.
  • Identification of areas of commercial weakness and assist in rectifying/improving such problems.
  • Provide support for internal / external audits

Candidates will ideally have experience working within a similar role. SAP experience is beneficial but not essential.
