Project Delivery Manager

This a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Delivery Manager to support the delivery of the Falkirk Growth Deal strategy and Decarbonisation project.

Falkirk Growth Deal is part of a 80 million project to boost the Falkirk economy and help the area transition to Net Zero. Forth Valley College has received 4 million from the grant-funded project on decarbonising the institutions' offering in Engineering and Construction curriculums to deliver a programme for local students to gain new skillsets and develop the institutions significant new net zero commercial offerings.

Working within the Forth Valley Procurement Team, reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Procurement Delivery Manager will take ownership of activity related to the projects attached to the Falkirk growth deal. They will have excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure the delivery of the institution's growth deal strategy and operational procurement services. This role is an opportunity to contribute to the strategic development and decarbonisation project.

Experience working in Public Sector Procurement and delivering end-to-end tenders as per Scottish/UK procurement legislation is a must. You will have a considerable understanding in the importance of key ethical/social & environmental impacts of procurement. You will enjoy working with Colleagues and Stakeholders and working closely with them to deliver projects on-time.
