Project Finance Coordinator

In this role you will be a vital part of our dedicated team where you will be instrumental to the smooth day to day running of our projects. This is a varied role where you will be supporting the project management team to successfully deliver small works and larger scale projects.,

• Support the project manager with CVR administration, contract financial reporting, and maintaining CFR's.
• Communicate with contractors to ensure valuations are submitted on time and help manage project schedules.
• Oversee the commercial side of Facility Management projects, including cashflow, budgeting, and reporting.
• Track and update stakeholders on any change in project costs or timeline, keeping everyone informed.
• Prepare project status reports, maintain documentation, and ensure everything aligns with company policies and client expectations.
  
  Previous experience in a finance based role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
• Strong organisational skills with a good eye for detail
• Top notch time management skills
• Proficient in the Microsoft office package
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Navision as well as experience in the facility services sector would be a big plus
