Markets Operations Belfast Overview: Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. You can play an important part in transforming and simplifying our operating model, creating an exciting environment which encourages diversity of thought and inclusion within an organisation that authentically values and invests in its people Role Overview: The role will be support PMO activities surrounding the portfolio of Markets Operations programmes and commitments. The role has a critical part to play in meeting key regulatory deliverables, building and maintaining the portfolio of change activity and helping establish and oversee appropriate governance, financial management and risk management. What you'll do:

  • Help drive the PMO process for Markets Operations Transformation
  • Create, prepare & maintain program status tracking materials which are suitable for intended audience.
  • Support adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project.
  • Support program managers in ensuring strict adherence to governance standards
  • Maintain/distribute latest communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
  • Work closely with the Change Management team to review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions to help re-engineer processes, build scale and mitigate risk.
  • Build strong relationships and coordinate with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships

    Previous relevant experience
  • Professional Project Management Certification would be a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Stakeholder management
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
