Project Logistics P&L management, meeting NPII targets and maintaining financial reporting as required
Providing leadership and guidance to the operational management team
Ensure the highest customer service quality is given at all times
Ensure operational efficiencies and continuous improvements
Ensuring the required staff levels are maintained based on the business and financial requirements
Provide the strategy and a clear plan for strategy deployment to the operational management team for execution
Maintain relationships with your internal business partners (e.g. HR, finance, BU products, etc.)
Successfully onboard new business ensuring that the client's requirements are met and that profitability is achieved

You have a successful proven experience in the freight forwarding industry, ideally around road transportation
You have advanced knowledge on industry specific guidelines and adherence to regulatory requirements is welcome
You know how to use the Microsoft Office Suite
You have good communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
You are a problem-solver and can work under pressure
