Job Description:

A major Tier 1 Building contractor who are known as a real market leader in their field, delivering new build construction projects in the public, private and regulated sectors.

Supported by the Operations Manager, the Project Manager will lead construction of this £20m+ new build development in central Edinburgh.

Responsibilities:

·       Act as a point of contact, managing relationships with the client and stakeholders.

·       Manage the delivery of the project to a high standard by budgeting and programming.

·       Oversee the co-ordination of subcontractors, ensuring efficiency and minimising costs.

·       Manage all phases of the project through to completion, to meet all contractual requirements.

Requirements:

·       Demonstrable track record of delivering £20m+ building projects for a large-scale main contractor.

·       Longevity of employment.

·       A respectable leader with organisational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
