• Apply standards/procedures in a relevant manner, making improvements where appropriate.
• Take ownership of objectives, requirements and any scope changes across the project life cycle.
• Identify and manage resources, risks, assumptions and dependencies for successful project completion.
• Provide advice, guidance and design input on high level solutions proposed and resultant implementation.
• Collaborate in solutions and deliverables throughout a project life cycle.
• Gain consensus on technologies and approaches used.
• Ensure clear communications and consistent documentation.
• Actively collaborate with project team and manage stakeholder satisfaction.
• Deliver work that meets agreed customer requirements with no customer complaints.
  
  Minimum of 5 years business delivery experience across multiple management levels.
• Familiar with a range of IT solutions, within a variety of working environments.
• Firm grasp of project management methodology.
• Clear ability to understand, interpret and deliver against business-driven requirements.
• Solid experience in analysing and delivering against diverse business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrable expertise in delivering and managing people, process and technology models.
• Management of stakeholder requirements, expectations, objectives & relationships.
• Delivering results against complex technical, logistical, commercial and cultural challenges.
• Experience within technical consultancy and/or service delivery organisations.
• Excellent commercial acumen - Ability to align business requirements with technical solutions.
