**Project Manager – Construction & Civil Engineering**

Our client, a well-established construction and civil engineering company, is looking for a talented Project Manager to oversee a variety of projects across Scotland. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality results across sectors such as infrastructure, roads, and public works, this role offers a chance to be at the heart of a growing and dynamic business.


### Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including site staff, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.

- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

- Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement effective problem-solving strategies.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.


### Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or civil engineering, with a track record of delivering successful projects.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to meet key milestones.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Knowledge of relevant contracts such as NEC or JCT.

- Experience in financial management, including cost control and forecasting.

- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

- A valid SMSTS certificate and full UK driving licence.
