Full Job Description

Peace Recruitment is working with an established Design, Build and Fit Out Contractor who work across UK delivering high-end office & retail fit out, extensions and refurbishment projects.

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Site/Project Manager to join the team based onsite in Dundee. You will have the responsibility of overseeing all trades/labour and will be involved with the project from inception to completion. It is a must that you can be client facing as well as IT literate for updating site progress on clients’ online system(s).

To be considered for this role, you will have the following;

SMSTS,
CSCS (Black Card preferably),
First Aid
Joinery background

Previous refurbishment and fit-out experience within the commercial sector would be preferred but our client will consider those with main contracting management experience.

This is an ongoing contract role, starting in October, for a minimum of 4 months with possible extension due to further projects across region.

The daily rate will be £280 to £300 per shift, depending on location.
