About the Company:

Peace Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic Project Management Team. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to oversee high-profile, complex projects while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects, managing client relationships, controlling budgets, handling project variations, and mitigating risks. As the lead on larger, more complicated projects, the Project Manager will be the main point of contact for clients and will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the project management of several concurrent projects, ensuring they meet deliverables and milestones.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary contact and championing their needs within the business.
  • Prepare invoices and manage billing at key project milestones.
  • Lead project kick-offs and create essential project documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Design, Engineering, and Installations) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project risks and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring business approval when required.
  • Take ownership of project budgets, including negotiating variations.
  • Assist in commercial offers and tenders when needed.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Project Management role.
  • Degree in engineering, business management, construction, or project management (or a related discipline).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in financial and budget management.
  • Experience in manufacturing or construction/fit-out environments is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft 365 (Excel, simple accounting, and database systems).
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement of projects and processes.
