Full Job Description

Meeting with management and clients to identify project requirements and provide project updates
Supervise sites and co-ordinate activities under CDM regulations
Compiling and submitting project status reports - Inc; Progress, delays, Health & Safety, requests for information
Promote Ventro to identify future opportunities of new works
Conduct door quality inspections with the use of audit sheets
Carry out firestopping QS measurement checks
Managing materials on site and stock levels
Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
Managing sub contract teams
Building control liaison
Managing 3-5 live projects at a time
Site Health and Safety - Inc; Rams, Toolbox Talks, site signage, understanding of asbestos registers, safe working practices, reporting near misses and accidents, raising F10

CSCS (Or Equivalent)
SMSTS (Or Equivalent)
Emergency First Aid at Work (3 Day Course preferred)
Fire Marshall
Fire compliance industry experience, ie Fire door installation or fire compartmentation
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Project) with access to a smartphone for HILTI uploads and monitoring
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
FIRAS/BMTRADA (Doors and/or Fire Stopping)
Excellent communication skills
Prince/NVQ L6 (or equivalent) in construction management
Preferred 3 years' experience in a project management role
Experience in fire stopping/fire doors/social housing/interior fit out
