Project Manager – Infrastructure & Engineering Projects


Are you a highly skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure and engineering projects? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a passion for leading teams to success? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our client, a leading player in the infrastructure and civil engineering sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organization at the forefront of delivering innovative and essential infrastructure projects, with a strong pipeline of work across the rail, civil engineering, and construction sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

- Full lifecycle project management from conception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource management strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters.

- Oversee financial performance, including cost control, invoicing, and reporting.

- Implement and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the infrastructure, civil engineering, or construction sectors.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing projects under NEC or similar contracts.

- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.

- A relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (desirable).

- A valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
