Escape Recruitment is currently seeking a talented Project Manager to join their clients team based in Dunfermline. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in project management activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

The Role

• Manage projects to ensure they are delivered safely, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Develop, produce, and maintain detailed project management plans.
• Track milestones, manage finances, and mitigate risks effectively.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant management system processes.
• Serve as the primary interface with customers and stakeholders, providing regular reports on project progress.
• Control project budgets and provide monthly financial status reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

The Candidate

• Degree level qualification or equivalent in project management or an engineering discipline.
• Experience in project management, preferably within the marine sector.
• Project management accreditation (e.g., APMP) is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Proficient in risk management and financial control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and drive results.
• Strong focus on financial impact and risk assessment.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Specialist knowledge and expertise in project management.
• Clear and structured communication abilities.
