Are you passionate about driving transformation and managing change?

Do you thrive in dynamic environments and have experience of working in partnership to manage large scale projects, build key relationships and drive business improvement?

If so, we are seeking an experienced Transformation & Change Project Manager to lead, direct, and support the development of multiple workstreams across the Council’s Arms’ Length External Organisations (ALEOs).

This role is one of partnership and collaboration, crucial in delivering agreed outcomes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

You will drive, coordinate and monitor the reporting of key achievements and milestones to the ALEO Project Working Group.

Your main accountabilities will be to:

•    Develop comprehensive project plans in collaboration with all relevant organisations, ensuring the allocation of resources effectively across multiple projects.

•    Work with partners to design new models of cooperation and operation, acting as the primary point of contact for the ALEO project working group.

•    Manage expectations, align project goals, and identify project risks with mitigation strategies.

•    Develop strategies and monitoring procedures for embedding Transformation & Change projects.

•    Engage with stakeholders and facilitate engagement workshops.

For purposes of connection and collaboration with colleagues and with the community we serve, our full-time employees work on site for a minimum of 2 days per week with the arrangements for part time employees being agreed on a basis which will ensure that they benefit to an equivalent degree.
