Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience. You can play an important part in transforming and simplifying our operating model, creating an exciting environment which encourages diversity of thought and inclusion within an organisation that authentically values and invests in its people Role Overview: This role within Middle office team will support transformation efforts for Equities across various trading desks and depositories. The position will act in a subject matter expert capacity to support efforts for Data Consent Order deliverables. What you'll do:

  • Work closely with the Change Management team to review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions to help re-engineer processes, build scale and mitigate risk.
  • Identify & work with stakeholders and key organizations to ensure program & project scope definition meets business objectives build and maintain relationships with each.
  • Escalate program risks to the Markets Ops transformation lead and other senior management as appropriate.
  • Work with line SMEs to provide solutions to eliminate inefficiencies in daily tasks and processes.
  • Provide support and coordination to work with the program and project management team to manage Book of Work.
  • Continued engagement and discourse with our business, technology and operations partners.
  • Support the development of an effective control framework that fully meets Audit, Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
  • Provides leadership and guidance when reviewing business or industry initiatives and ensuring successful implementation, and sound controls are in place.

    BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high risk and demanding environment.
  • Good analytical skills and positive attitude
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive
  • Strong risk management and control mindset
  • Self-reliant, good problem solver results oriented.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
