Project Manager - Occupational Health

Project Managers within the TAC Healthcare Occupational Health team are the key to our continued growth and success. You'll be accountable for the planning, delivery and implementation of a number of our services that are pivotal to our wider business strategy for 2024 and beyond. Are you proactive, meticulous, collaborative and experienced in inspiring teams? Ideally you will have a background within healthcare or energy - oil and gas industries. You'll be on your game when it comes to continuous improvement and best practice and able to provide expert advice and first-class customer services to our clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Initiate the project - check feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resources.
• Carry out planning - including setting goals, defining roles and producing schedules for tasks.
• Select, inspire and motivate your project team.
• Manage the project - including co-ordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time.
• Close the project -including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project.
• Follow a standard process, as defined by a professional project management organisation, such as the APM or the PMI.
  
  Excellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience working as a Project Manager or Account Manager within the energy or healthcare industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and inspire your project team.
• The ability to monitor and control budgets.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, to manage expectations.
• The ability to use your initiative and make judgements under pressure.
• Hold Project Management qualifications/certifications
