• Under direct supervision, this position assists the execution and delivery of project(s).
• Provides assistance to Project Manager(s).
• Assists in controls of resources assigned to the project(s).
• Assists in ensuring the delivery of quality customer service; personnel, property and environmental safety.
• Assists in planning, organization, coordination and control of domestic and international projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
• Assists with development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
• Demonstrates commitment to developing their skills, competencies, application of expertise knowledge of specific PPS service lines.
• Assists in preparing project cost estimates and billing documents.
• Assists engineers and tech professionals with project tasks.
• Supervises project operational personnel.
• Develops business management skills and assists with proposals.
• Valid license to operate a motor vehicle is required.
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
• Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.
• Skills are typically acquired through completion of HES career development requirements as Service Specialist or as an Associate Technical Professional.
