Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Consultancy)

Peace Recruitment has landed another amazing opportunity with a privately owned SME consultancy in Glasgow. Our client has won a considerable amount of new projects/developments ranging from £5m to £30m which require a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join the team.

Our client is seeking someone from a consultancy background with a minimum of 2 years post grad experience, ideally experienced in residential, BTR and hotel developments, commercial, higher education and renewable's is advantageous for this role. There is an expectation to have occasional travel to projects UK and locally in Scotland, therefore a clean UK driving licence is required. Lots of projects are at the early stage of the life cycle, therefore candidates with experience in feasibility studies, cost ratio and land purchasing is very desirable.

In return:

• Salary between £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
