Project Navigator (GIVIT some STREET - SNRS)

Regenfx Youth Trust are expanding The GIVIT Youth Recovery Service funded by South Lanarkshire Alcohol & Drugs Partnership. The new development called GIVIT some STREET for 11-20yr olds will target young people taking risks around their own alcohol & substance use or may be affected by a family members problematic use of alcohol & substances. You will facilitate the transition of our current Street Project to the new GIVIT some STREET initiative, designed as an early intervention and prevention model for young people aged 14-20yrs who are either taking risks related to alcohol and substance use, or are impacted by a family member s substance use. Using a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, you will provide intensive practical and emotional support to participants. Your role will involve driving GIVIT some STREET project forward whilst motivating individuals to engage in one-on-one support and group activities aimed at delivering outcome-focused solutions, enhancing understanding, and reducing harm. You will hold a caseload, providing face-to-face support to young people. Working alongside participants, you will develop a Personal Support Plan and Risk Assessment for each individual case ensuring a clear pathway to the young person s chosen positive/recovery initiatives.
