Project Planner

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Project Planner based in Aberdeen. This is a permanent, full time position, with Hybrid working available.

This is a newly created position to help with planning, scheduling and organisation of personnel and resources across various projects and multiple entities within our client’s group. 

Main duties include:

• Work directly with the Integration manager to schedule each integration project
• Resource each project according to requirements, with clear deadlines and responsible person allocations
• Maintain the planner and flag any constraints ahead of time, for proactive management.

Suitable candidates should have the following: 

• Relevant experience in a project planning focused role
• High organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail
•  Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of business
• Proactive approach
