Full Job Description
We have the following vacancies for As & When staff across Forth Valley:
- Equally Safe Service- Falkirk - working alongside families affected by domestic abuse as part of a group work program.
- Youth and Adult Justice service (Stirling and Clackmannanshire) - supporting young people and their families who are in conflict with the law
- Clacks Futures - Supporting our care experienced young people either transitioning back to local community and/or supporting them to sustain own tenancy.
- Home School Partnership Service (Falkirk) - primary and secondary school partnerships across Falkirk supporting children and families in school and at home.
- Family Group Decision Making (Falkirk/Stirling) -supporting family members within the FGDM process to develop family plans.
- Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (Falkirk) - Providing early intervention and prevention support for young people and their families
- FV Substance Support service - supporting young people and their families where there are concerns around substance and/or alcohol use.
Opportunities have arisen to work within Barnardo's Forth Valley on a 'as and when' basis. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to form consistent, positive, and appropriate relationships with young people and their families. As these posts are As & When - you can commit to a flexible amount of hours and individual circumstances will be considered., Experience of supporting children, young people and their families would be advantageous either on a 1-1 basis or via groupwork. You will be proactive in your approach, with a drive to improve outcomes and able to build sustainable relationships effectively.
