Full Job Description

Aberdein Considine are recruiting for Property Administrator to join our Edinburgh office. Amongst general administration duties, the role will also involve identifying and securing new business opportunities, ensuring correct pricing and maximum exposure for our client's properties, maintaining and managing an active database of buyers and negotiating the best possible offer for each client. The successful candidate would also be required to provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times. JOB PURPOSE

  • Enthusiastic and friendly front of house reception duties
  • Provide clerical and admin support to the branch estate agency team
  • Assist clients with the marketing of their homes to include downloading and selecting the best photography, managing draft home reports and marketing strategies
  • Ensure office procedures are implemented
  • Assist with specific projects and other general admin tasks, Preparing quotations (for sales and purchases)
  • Opening sale/purchase matters
  • Creation of Posting Slips
  • Processing payment of outlays
  • Creation of sales particulars
  • Downloading and selection of Images
  • Completion of paper sale file
  • Instructing a Home Report
  • Instructing photography
  • Placing a property live on the market
  • Submission onto Property Portals
  • Processing price reductions
  • Supporting with inbound calls
  • Supporting with inbound emails/web enquiries
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising/sending outgoing post
  • Instructing erection of for sale boards/posters
  • Logging keys

    Essential
  • Minimum of 3 Highers to include English
  • Desirable
  • HND in Business Management or Secretarial Studies
  • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Desirable
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good presentation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
