Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be bringing an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join one of Scotland’s leading legal firms. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, professional setting while providing essential support to the team.

My client is searching for someone who really knows what it takes to understand the best way to support and service clients, from following monthly trends across the market to executing campaigns to assist with strategic objectives – and everything in between. The role centres around supporting the Business Development Manager with everything it takes to identify business opportunities and drive initiatives forward.

Key role responsibilities:

• Carry out in-depth research on not only clients but targets and sectors.
• Monitoring and tracking across both BD budgets and the CRM system, to ensure all activity is correctly recorded and inline with GDPR regulations.
• Working closely with the Events Manager to support on both in person and digital events, ensuring to always align with strategic objectives.
• Create and support on both internal and external communications, ensuring all documents are inline with brand guidelines.
• Support on any Business Development & Marketing projects as required.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Be able to hit the ground running with a strong core understanding of Business Development in a legal firm.
• Have a strong understanding of the property sector, having worked in it or a professional service that aligns with it.
• Thrive under pressure, always efficiently managing multiple deadlines with the highest quality of outcomes.
• Understand the importance of strong written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
• Have both a flexible and proactive approach to work, being excited to support on a versatile range of tasks.
