Property Coordinator
Edinburgh – Salary Guide: £23,000 to £25,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within this 'boutique style' Residential Letting Agency.
Dealing with ‘top end’ properties together with corporate & individual clients this ‘customer focused’ company requires a candidate who offers the right balance of organisational & people skills together with that ‘perfect personality fit’ which compliments the existing team.
This is a ‘vital’ role within the company therefore our client is looking for someone who has a genuine ‘can do’ attitude, take instruction well from colleagues and make a strong contribution within the office.
Positive energy and a great work ethic will play a big part in our client's hiring decision...
A full clean UK Driver’s Licence is essential.
Requirements & Duties
First Class communication skills on the phone and in person.
Exceptional organisational & administration experience.
Excellent IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems (SME Professional, Google sheets etc)
Paying contractors and other invoices through the system.
Being responsible for booking in safety certificates, organising/arranging them when they come in and overall control of this whole system.
Setting up new tenancies with the Council (for Council Tax) and with utility companies (for gas/electricity).
Paying over deposits on new tenancies to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and arranging corresponding documents to be emailed to tenants.
Preparing inventory paperwork for the start of tenancies.
Assigning the daily banking into the system and chasing for any unpaid rent.
Preparing the monthly landlord statements to go out via the system.
Prepare annual rental certificates for landlords.
Answering accountant’s monthly queries.
“One-off” admin projects as they come up.
Assisting in marketing of properties (photos, videos) and editing the material.
Arranging for keys to be cut.
