Client Relationship Manager

Reed are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager for one of our Property focused clients based in Edinburgh. This role is crucial for making a positive impact and difference through effective client engagement and relationship management.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their needs and aspirations are understood and met with the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Lead the coordination of various departments to ensure seamless service delivery, enhancing client trust and loyalty.
  • Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to foster strong relationships, encouraging them to become active promoters of our services.
  • Manage and lead client communications, including updates through client portals, newsletters, and direct interactions such as meetings and presentations.
  • Handle client issues and complaints promptly, adhering to company timelines and ensuring effective resolution.
  • Take ownership of personal and professional development, setting and achieving targets in client relationship management, presentation skills, and other relevant areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of our products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate and promote these to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ability to lead and present at client meetings and annual general meetings.
  • Competency in handling client data and financials, with a proactive approach to managing client accounts and resolving issues.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
