Property Manager
- Annual Salary: 28,000 - 34,000 DOE
- Location: Glasgow City Centre
- Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (1 day at home)
Join a leading and friendly Property Management service based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. We are currently seeking a Property Manager who is committed to maintaining high standards and building strong relationships with customers and contractors.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Liaise with internal departments and contractors on all maintenance matters.
- Raise job orders for contractors to attend to maintenance issues.
- Follow up on estimate requests to ensure contractors provide estimates within set timescales.
- Review estimates provided by contractors and liaise with internal departments to progress these repairs.
- Draft and issue communication to homeowners with details of repairs required and follow up to instruction of works.
- Ensure all follow-up actions are done in accordance with internal procedures that meet our Service Level Agreement.
- Answer inbound calls directed from our switchboards and make outbound client calls providing regular updates.
- Operate Live Chat, answering client queries and raising tickets for any action points, ensuring that queries are followed up.
- Take ownership of issues and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to satisfactorily resolve matters.
- Proactively manage own case load ensuring responses to clients are provided in accordance with our Service Level Agreement.
- Provide a high-quality service to all clients each day, via telephone and Live Chat.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible with priorities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in handling property management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
