Property Manager (Factoring)

Our client is now recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join their talented team in a portfolio management role overseeing Factoring services to residential property developments across Glasgow and the West.

Key duties will include:-

• Ensuring a responsive and customer led Property Factoring service to owners within your portfolio
• Making sure reactive repairs are actioned quickly and customers kept updated
• Co-ordinating contractors and building strong relationships
• Management of planned maintenance works consulting with owners/owners groups
• Carrying out regular property inspections and actioning findings
• Professionally handling and resolving any client problems and complaints
• Carrying out meetings with customers to ensure service satisfaction
• All connected office administration and working alongside colleagues across the business

Candidates should have property management based experience - this can be from factoring, lettings, housing or other similar areas. Its important you have excellent communication skills, confident IT abilities and a well organised approach. Driving licence with use of own car required (mileage/expenses paid), parking on site at the office provided.
