Full Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to join a growing Property Letting Agency in Stirling in a varied and hands on role offering hybrid/flexible working and the chance to be part of their continued expansion!


Due to growth this friendly and professional company are now recruiting a Property Manager to look after a portfolio of rental properties acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants making sure they receive prompt and friendly customer service.


The role will focus on managing day to day repairs, compliance, carrying out property visits and all connected admin. Key duties will include:


  • Responding to landlord and tenant queries in a timely manner, building and maintaining good relationships
  • Overseeing tenant onboarding and management
  • Overseeing repairs, liaising with contractors and following up to completion.
  • Conducting routine property inspections, check out’s and check in appointments – carrying out all connected follow up reports and liaison with landlords/tenants/contractors
  • Ensuring all properties meet legislation and compliance requirements
  • Assisting with the management of contractor database and building strong relations
  • All connected office admin – processing invoices, updating systems and professional email communications
  • Working as a team player – assisting colleagues where required with viewing appointments and handling day to day landlord/tenant property enquiries

Candidates should ideally have experience in a similar role with excellent all round communication and organisational skills. It’s important you have a professional approach, good customer service abilities and enjoy working in a varied role. A Residential Letting qualification would be an advantage but full support in doing these can also be provided.


This company supports flexible working so the role is available working hybrid, and also either on a 4 or 5 day working week basis, with hours open for negotiation to suit. It’s essential you have your own car, all expenses and mileage will be paid.
